At Rest Club, you get the chance to deeply, deeply relax your body, mind and spirit. This session is suitable for everyone, and especially great if you have been recovering from an injury, feel overwhelmed, feel burnt out or just need time to chill.

Everybody is welcome, even if you are not a regular yoga practitioner/ haven't done anything like this before!

💛 Give yourself the ultimate act of self-care. Rest Club is your time to slow down, reset, and deeply relax. This two-hour experience blends Yin & Restorative Yoga, Meditation, and an immersive Sound Healing journey to leave you feeling open, calm, and completely restored.

🧘‍♀️ Yoga for deep relaxation – Beth will guide you through Heart Opening Restorative & Yin Yoga postures designed to calm your nervous system (all floor-based, beginner-friendly, fully supported with props).
🎶 Sound Healing Journey – Oden will take you on a 60-minute transcendental sound journey as you relax into Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), featuring:

🥣 Tibetan Bowls
🌬️ Traditional Flute
🥁 Medicine Drum, Djembe & Gong
🎤 Throat Singing
💛 Leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply nourished.
